Returns and Refund Policy
At Natura, we take pride in the quality of our products, and we hope you love every item you purchase from us. However, we understand that, in the unlikely event that a product purchased from us is proven to be faulty or damaged, you may need to return it. Here’s how our returns and refund policy works
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.

Return Shipping:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error..
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 working days.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that items categorised as non-returnable are generally not eligible for returns, except in cases where they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, kindly reach out to us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will promptly process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
